You can pay in cash to the driver (in Euros), by credit card inside the vehicle, or pre-pay online on our website. For corporate clients, payment via bank transfer (invoice) is also available.

Yes, absolutely. We issue official payment receipts, and for corporate clients, we prepare a full package of closing documents (invoices) in strict compliance with Estonian legislation.

4. What condition are the vehicles in, and how is safety ensured?

Our fleet consists exclusively of recent premium and business class vehicles (Mercedes, Lexus). All cars undergo regular technical maintenance, and before every journey, they receive full interior cleaning and exterior washing. Fresh bottled water and wet wipes are always available in the cabin.

We operate through the following border checkpoints: Narva - Ivangorod from 07:00 to 19:00, Koidula - Kunichina Gora from 07:00 to 19:00, and Luhamaa - Shumilkino from 07:00 to 19:00. When booking, we take the operating hours of each checkpoint into account and choose the optimal route with minimal waiting times.

Yes. Our staff member will personally assist you at the border crossing — helping with the queue and guiding you through the procedure. This is especially convenient for those crossing the border for the first time, or traveling with children and elderly family members.

9. What kind of excursions do you offer?

We offer two formats. A City Tour — a guided or sightseeing tour around Tallinn (Old Town and main sights, starting from 3.5 hours). We also offer out-of-town day trips — to Lahemaa, Pärnu, waterfalls, and historic manors — for those who want to experience the authentic Estonia beyond the capital.

10. How much does a city tour cost?

A Tallinn tour in a sedan costs 30 Euros per hour without a guide. With a professional guide, it is 80 Euros per hour. For groups of up to 8 people in a Mercedes V-Class minivan or larger delegations, the cost is calculated individually — please check with our manager.

11. In which languages are the excursions conducted?

This is our main advantage. We have tour guides fluent in many languages — not just English or Russian. If your partners or friends are visiting from Spain, France, or other countries, we will conduct the tour in their native language. Please specify when booking.
