That's why ArtSanTaxi offers a new, convenient shared transfer format: a minivan transfer for up to 8 people. This method of traveling from Finland to Russia allows for quick and hassle-free travel, as the vehicle strictly follows a pre-arranged route and schedule.

Kouvola – 4:30 PM;

Lappeenranta – St. Petersburg Route (Ferry Crossing)
The shared transfer trip is strictly scheduled, as the vehicle must arrive at Helsinki Port by 9:00 PM for the onward ferry crossing. To avoid delays and make the journey as convenient as possible, the company requests passport information from passengers in advance for ferry tickets. The ticket price is already included in the total trip price.
Thanks to pre-registration, passengers don't need to waste time at the ticket office or leave the car, making the trip even more comfortable.
Border Crossing via Narva
Because the Koidula and Luhamaa border crossings are currently open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, the route goes through Narva. Vehicles arrive at the border crossing point approximately between 2:30 AM and 2:40 AM. The border crossing itself opens at 7:00 AM.
Arriving early allows passengers to be among the first in line, significantly reducing the overall time spent through border control.
Since the transfer is organized by two vehicles (the second minibus waits for passengers once they're in Russia), the first driver doesn't leave until all passengers have crossed the border. This means passengers don't have to wait outside for the checkpoint to open – they can rest, relax, or sleep.
After passing through border control, passengers are met by the second minibus, which continues to Moskovsky Station in St. Petersburg.

If the vehicle is not fully loaded and there is space left, additional luggage may be transported at no extra charge. The company will inform you about such options individually.
