Comfortable trip from Tallinn to Moscow with ArtSanTaxi
There are situations when people do not have the opportunity to fly by plane, but they really need to get from Tallinn to Moscow as quickly as possible. For such cases, ArtSanTaxi has modern comfortable transfers that cover the distance of about 1,025 kilometres quickly and safely.
Features of the Tallinn - Moscow route
ArtSanTaxi drivers are always ready to pick up passengers at the specified address. And we are not talking only about a house or a hotel. Drivers also meet at airports and train stations. If the flight is delayed, the taxi will wait as long as necessary. At the same time, we do not ask for prepayment and do not charge anything for downtime.
Drivers take passengers across the Koidula - Kunichina Gora border. In Russia the route runs via Pskov and Shimsk to Veliky Novgorod and then along the M-11 Neva toll motorway to Moscow. Travel time is about 10.5-12 hours including the border. Often, this route is used by those who urgently need to get to Moscow as quickly as possible. Since ArtSanTaxi operates around the clock, the driver can pick up passengers at any time. The same applies to the second transfer, which awaits on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Our clients cross the border through a pedestrian crossing. Thanks to this, the entire procedure usually takes from 30 minutes to an hour. We specifically use two transfers so that people do not have to stand at the border for hours, as happens with bus passengers.
To quickly cross the border, it is necessary to take into account a number of important rules. In particular, it is prohibited to carry equipment worth more than 300 euros, and it must be used for personal purposes. In addition, it is prohibited to carry euros in any amount. However, dollars can be imported without declaration if their amount does not exceed 10 thousand.
Our clients can also order a transfer on the return route. This is very convenient when a person is traveling for several days and needs to be sure that he will return back exactly on the previously agreed date.
If there is a need or some changes occur, our driver can take passengers to Pskov, and from there they can get to Moscow by train.
For details of the trip from Moscow to Tallinn through each southern crossing, see the separate pages Moscow - Tallinn transfer via Pskov and Koidula and Moscow - Tallinn transfer via Pskov and Luhamaa. They also describe the option of taking the train to Pskov and continuing with our drivers.
